1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using mitch.pro and its related services, you agree to this agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old. If local law requires permission from a parent, guardian, school, or other responsible adult, you must have that permission before using the service.
2. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information and keep your password, verification codes, session cookies, and encryption keys private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Tell support promptly if you think your account has been compromised.
Do not share, sell, transfer, impersonate, or gain unauthorized access to an account. Invitations, Premium access, roles, and testing privileges may not be transferred without permission from the service operator.
3. Community conduct
Do not use the service to harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, stalk, or expose another person’s private information. Do not post illegal content, sexual content involving minors, malware, credentials, targeted abuse, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
Do not disrupt the service; evade bans, rate limits, access controls, or moderation; automate interactions without permission; manipulate rewards or game results; probe other accounts; or use mitch.pro as an open proxy or a way to bypass network rules.
4. Profiles, content, and messaging
You retain responsibility for content you submit. You give mitch.pro permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Profiles and presence are visible to other signed-in members as described in the Privacy Policy. Public rooms are shared spaces. Direct and group conversations labeled end-to-end encrypted are designed so normal message content is encrypted in participating browsers, but recipients can still copy, report, or share what they receive.
Do not assume that deletion is immediate or universal. Other users may retain copies, and limited backups, reports, or safety records may remain for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
5. Games, virtual coins, and third-party content
MitchCoins, Premium benefits, cosmetics, achievements, rankings, and other virtual items have no cash value and are not real-money gambling. They may be adjusted, revoked, reset, or discontinued to correct abuse, balance the service, or maintain reliability.
Some games, links, and embedded tools are provided by third parties. Their availability, content, and data practices are outside mitch.pro’s control. Follow any additional terms shown by those services and do not use them unlawfully.
6. Safety, moderation, and enforcement
The service may use reports, logs, rate limits, automated controls, and human review to protect users and investigate abuse. Moderators may warn, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts or content when reasonably needed for safety, security, rule enforcement, or service integrity.
Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate loss of access. When an appeal path is available, use Appeals and provide enough context for review.
7. Availability and responsibility
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change, fail, or be removed. To the extent permitted by law, mitch.pro and its operators are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, third-party content, lost virtual items, or interrupted access.
Nothing in this agreement excludes a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and termination
We may update this agreement as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised agreement. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
